Make a splash at Shark in the Park 2026! Join your neighbors for sun, salt air, and local flair as we celebrate the Sixgill Shark Capital of the World with a street party. Whether you’re here for live music, street food, or to connect with the local groups protecting our waters, come experience the vibrant spirit of our Puget Sound home.

  • The Chum Bucket & Fun Zone: Get hands-on with Sixgill-themed activities! From shark-shaped arts and crafts for the kids to interactive “Deep Sea” photo booths and scavenger hunts, there are plenty of ways to dive into the spirit of our local legends.
  • Taste the Sound: A “Feeding Frenzy” of South King County’s best food trucks.
  • Local Beats: Live music all day.
  • Neighborly Non-Profits: Connect with the community groups that make our region a better place to live, from youth programs to volunteer opportunities.
